What Can You Do When You Run Your Antispy Programs And It Says It Deletes All Spywares But When You Reboot ?

when I reboot they come back, so I tried to reboot in safe mode and then ran a scan and they are suppost to delete the spywares but when i reboot again they are back again. What can I do I have AdAware, Xoftspy, CCleaner and Defender Pro. So you would think having 4 antispywares it could take them off.
