My Online Computer Tech

I have 2009 Trend Micro Antivirus Plus Antispyware as my security program. Today, I got this message:
“Your unauthorized change prevention service has shut down. Try restarting Trend Micro Antivirus to restore it.”
I’m not sure what is mean by restarting it. I shut down the program and opened it again, and still got [...]

I downloaded and used the trial version and it worked amazingly well.
However, I can’t keep on downloading the trial version as it recognises that I’ve downloaded it before.
Does anyone know how to overcome this?
OR
Any other software that is similare but it is freeware?

What is the best FREE antivirus software can I download for my XP pc?
I;ve got AVG Anti-Virus Free running on my pc, but it doesn’t seem like I’ve got internet security.
Can someone give me any advice?

Okay, i have avast pro, pc tools antispy doctor, threatfire, and pc tools firewall plus running at the same time. i was wondering if these four softwares will make do something to each other badly. Like i have heard that two anivirus’s running at the same time isnt good, but what about these?

Here is the deal. I’ve got 2 external hard drives hooked up to my laptop. I just got an external DVD writer. I need some automated software that would help me to back up my harddrives onto DVDs.
